One workflow across the operation
The Club Minibar platform combines hotel inventory and sales processes with tablet-based room checks and a central database. The system supports order processing, purchase-order generation, invoice reconciliation, replenishment workflows, and management reporting.
Android applications were designed to work across multiple tablet models. Offline-capable data capture and synchronization helped staff continue working when connectivity was intermittent.
The deployment covered more than 50 hotels and over 110 remote tablets.
